Group EllaLink achieves ISO certification

ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organisations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. ISO.ORG

EllaLink has been successfully certified with ISO 9001:2015 Telecommunication Services through Submarine Cable and related services.

ISO 9001:2015 is defined by the International Organization for Standardization, which specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).

This certification, confirmed by ICQD, recognises the importance EllaLink gives to the continuous improvement of processes.

It also reinforces the high level of quality EllaLink imprints to all the company activities related to telecommunications services through a state-of-the-art optic fibre cable that spans across the ocean for almost 6000km.
