Managed Services offer by EllaLink

EllaLink offer a range of Managed Services in the network and PoP locations in Europe & Latin America. Our customers can benefit from market leading SLAs in 4 locations across our network.

Locating your equipment in an EllaLink facility gives access to high quality service assurance and a unique low latency, high capacity transatlantic route serving the growing needs of the Latin American and European markets.

All Managed Services customers benefit from the support of our Operations, Admin and Maintenance group & get access to our self-service portal. EllaLink‘s CLS & PoP locations are state-of-the-art facilities that use the latest technologies for fire detection and suppression, environmental control, security systems & uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

They are monitored and managed 24/7/365 by the EllaLink Network Operations Centre (NOC). In each location we have dedicated staff available to provide skilled hands & eyes services to meet our customers’ needs. The NOC co-ordinates the activities of the EllaLink engineering team throughout the network to ensure fast response times.

Colocation Products

Rack Space – EllaLink can provide a rackspace where a customer can install their own rack, or one provided by EllaLink.
Rack – EllaLink can provide a lockable rack with connectivity and power installed.
Sub-Rack – a lockable rack partitioned into smaller racks to suit our customers’ needs. ½ rack and ¼ rack options available
Connectivity – EllaLink can provide a variety of connectivity options to the Meet Me Room from a single cross connect to a multiple pair cable to a customer’s rack in our CLS & PoP sites.
Power – DC power is available as standard to our customer racks in our PoP & CLS sites. AC power can also be provided in those sites where AC power is already present.
